The villa is nice, clean and comfortable. The staff is so helpful. The owner is fast respond. Location also great. We definitely will stay in this villa again when we plan to visit Jogyakarta.
We hope they put more standing fans in living room and dining room since there is no AC at all in those rooms.

Location a little far from city but easy access to everywhere.
In some apps like "Grab" the exact location not registered yet, hence, need to manually set.
The property is simple but perfect, all the standard amenities for villa is there.
One of the best as its provide the calm and secure stays
No AC in the living room make the living room humid.
If can, maybe need the laundry machine for the longer stays
$$$$
