The property appears to be newly refurbished. The aesthetic is very pleasing with a keen eye for detail in the fittings and furnishings. The addition of a spa was a little odd in that there were no instructions on how to access/ use the facilities. The air con within the room was not effective but the daily cleaning was welcome. Our stay was impacted by a problem that arose concerning the provision of breakfast. We believed from the advert hosted by booking.com that breakfast was included in the price and this helped us to decide on booking this accommodation alongside the spa! On arrival we reached out to our host to establish what the arrangements were for breakfast but his response (Tony) left a lot to be desired although language may have been a barrier the tone and delivery was very dismissive. We are pursuing this issue with booking.com but this left a disappointment overall.
Perhaps the overall size of the dwelling was on the small side for 4 people. The breakfast situation as outlined previously. The odd spa arrangements and proximity to the city centre.
