夕食が、こんなに手間をかけて美味しく頂けると思わなかったです。
一皿一皿、説明があり、奥深い味を堪能しました。
大満足です。またリピートします。
窓からの外観も、緑の森の中なので、リラックス出来ました。
朝ごはんの予約の仕方が分からず、朝ごはん予約したかったです。

綺麗でおしゃれなロッジ？ホテル？が貸切状態で使用出来た点。
スタッフさんの対応が非常に良かった。
レストランはマエストロな若いシェフが腕を奮って下さって大満足でした。
部屋にはシャワーしかないのに、お風呂（湯船）が別途料金5000円は、個人的に高いと感じた。予約時に分からなかった。（こちらの見落としだったら申し訳ない）
チェックアウトの時間が常時でない点。8:00〜チェックアウト可能との説明。もっと早く出発したかったので、都合的に悪かった。

We really like the central location, on the doorsteps of Daisen-ji Temple. The room is decorated with taste and the bed very comfortable. Shared bath with a big round porcelain tub is a must try. Most impressive is the dinner course using all local Daisen ingredients. We stayed for two nights and the chef was able to make different but equally fantastic dishes for us.
