朝食が美味しかった
湯原温泉の説明があれば良かったと思いました。 砂の湯に行ったら、外から見えるのにびっくりしたため。

スタッフが外国の方が多いのに、皆さん流暢で丁寧な日本語を使いこなし、更に気遣いも一流！ 常に笑顔で対応してくださってたのもプロだな〜と感心しっぱなしでした。 それと、子供連れが数名いらっしゃったのに、耳障りな騒ぐ声が全く聞こえず寛げました。客層が良いのか食事会場も落ち着いていて良かったです。
設備は昔からの旅館なので若干古く、照明が暗めでした。

窓から見える圧倒的な緑の風景に癒されました。お湯もすばらしい。
朝ご飯の時にコーヒーサービスがあるともっと嬉しい。
