IYASHI KIYOMIZU GOJO -Twin Room- Boutique Hotel

I made the right choice not staying near Gion shijo station but chose this hotel instead. It’s much quieter than Gion, only 10mins walk to Gion, Kawaramachi and Kiyomizu, and 3min walk to Kiyomizu Gojo station. Exceptional location and value for money. We got a fully functional kitchen & washing machine for much less than the typical price of a similar sized room near Gion without a kitchen and washing machine. I’m already planning my next trip to Kyoto next autumn after coming back from my trip, and I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again.

There was a washer and a kitchenette, which made the stay very convenient and comfortable.

The beds may be a little hard for some people.
