Perfect location, kind and helpful host. Lovely to have two outside spaces, and the flat was tastefully decorated with high quality fittings and furniture.
Would have been great to have more standard pantry goods (like Olive Oil, Spices, bonus would be hot sauce!).

Responded right away when we needed help with the TV. Replaced it within a couple hours. The apartment was wonderful. Clean, comfortable, great views. Flamingo restaurant next door was amazing. We really enjoyed the courtyard. Plenty of other great restaurants nearby. Easy access to museums.
It is on the 3rd floor without an elevator but we got good exercise! The patio door lock needs to be repaired.

The location, the aesthetic, the shower in the master bedroom. Overall it was a very clean and comfortable space. The customer service was also on point, staff checked in often to make sure our stay was going well.
The mattress was a bit too much on the firm side.
