About this house rental
We take great pride in sharing our home and maintaining strict guidelines for safety from bedding / furnishings to the ice maker - yes it too is sanitized! We use advance concepts to effectively reduce all risk associated with Covid. How nice it is to remove yourself from the public to the private world of staying in NOLA. We have implemented the same technology and disinfectants used in various industries from cruise ships, gyms, hospitals, hospitality, parks, pools, schools, and universities. Our sanitizing agent is EPA compliant approved and offers each guest reassurance that we are utilizing multi-approaches to cleaning and to reduce risk. This historic renovated home has a master bedroom with Queen size bed and en suite master bath with Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom on the first floor comes with a Queen-size bed. A full bathroom is located conveniently across the hall along with the laundry room with washer/dryer. Upstairs in the open loft are two full size beds with another full en suite bathroom. The forth bedroom is a mixed use bedroom that includes the living room. Ample storage for clothing and gear throughout the home. We were a group of co-workers traveling to NOLA for a convention being held at the convention center. The house was clean, large, and we were delighted that it was a relatively short walk to the convention center. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars were nearby. The neighborhood felt safe. The highway is located directly behind this house, so road noise was an issue when sitting out on the back porch, however NONE of that road noise could be heard inside the house. Be aware that two of the beds are in a loft area that is open to hearing noises from downstairs. The bathrooms were extra clean and well-appointed with essentials. Overall this house was a good value for the location and I would definitely stay here again when traveling to NOLA for a convention.
