Отличный гест. Новый. Все красиво. Уборка есть. Телевизор хороший, интернет, ютуб и тд. Вайфай хороший. Хорошее расположение, рядом магазин, прачечная и в доступности пары минут на байке хорошие заведения и большой пепито. Недалеко до пляжей. На районе есть хороший спорт зал. Нет пробок и сумасшедшего трафика. У них можно арендовать байк. Из недостатков - есть запах в ванной комнате, не понятно с чем связано. Перебивается ароматизаторами. Кондиционер иногда не дует холодным. И лично мне мешает засыпать звук фанатнчика под дверью. Но, это все незначительные мелочи. Соотношение цена - качество отличное.
