Suite Living at One Rosebank

The apartment is clean, beautiful and so cozy. The host is such a great one.

I love the new building, front desk was great and very helpful.

Just when I thought there wasn’t much room for improvement on this property, I was proven wrong and this time it was “ personal” in a good sense of course. Because this was my 2nd stay, the host went out of her way and customised the room for me with welcome well thought prezzie and a note. Believe me when I echo: this stay felt more like I was staying at a friend’s loft apartment than a booking.com property. In all my travels I have never received such royal treatment. When you’re there you can’t help but treat the place with respect as you would your own or dear friend’s home.

Nothing not to like: walking distance to rosebank mall and there’s a high end restaurant in the building.

If I said home away from home it’d be an understatement: .Quick responses and straight forward explanation re check-in process by the host. Very helpful security. .The place is Tastefully designed and well thought out. Fresh soft Glodina towels in the bathroom with quality shower/shampoo gels. .I desperately needed the washing machine and it was there, with plenty of hangers, laundry detergents and even softener. .state of the art appliances in the kitchen, assorted coffee and teas including chamomile! Salt and pepper and more. Now like any over achiever, you start expecting miracles from them: I wished there was a dishwasher, an extractor fan and a toaster ( although I think the toaster was an oversight, I really think that if I had asked for it she would have made means)

Absolutely nothing, I loved it so much I rebooked it within the hour of arrival. You don’t get this much even from the big name hotels
