The Median Rosebank Luxury Apartment - Building with Generator

Prime location as the office is based walking distance from the apartment. The apartment is quiet and no other guest or regular residence disruptions. The security team was helpful and streamlined the onboarding of access to the building. Each day they made sure to great and at check out I was asked if I needed help getting out of the parking - very proactive team and approach. The apartment itself was spacious and well maintained and had everything required for my work trip.

Great location and accommodation.

Comms is weird through Hostaway. So strict about everything but they didn't send details for getting into the building when they said they would. Was so relieved someone answered Whatsapp timeously.

Its proximity the mall.

I understand that the accommodation is self-catering, but I found some of the policies and conditions to be unnecessarily strict and disappointing. Only one toilet roll was provided, and the limit on electricity use felt excessive. The “no visitors” policy was a major inconvenience, as it meant I had to spend my time at nearby restaurants in the rains instead of being able to host anyone, something I wish I had known before booking. Additionally, there was no WiFi available, which was another great disappointment and inconvenience, especially for an international guest. Again, something I wish I had known before booking. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with utensils and pots that were inadequate for preparing a proper meal. The balcony was also not clean, which made it difficult to enjoy the outdoor space.
