The place is clean and beautiful
The pillows were very hard and high. The neighbours had a party the whole day on Friday until midnight

The facilities and onsite staff were amazing.
Unfortunately due to the bookings being handled separately from the main apartment's staffing, the booking experience is one of the worst that I've experienced in my life.
If not for the onsite staff, I'd probably have written a 3 page negative review of my experience.
The communication was beyond atrocious. We spent a good 90 mins waiting to receive a call back from the concierge/host who was meant to check us into the apartment and give us a tour as per their own email.
Rather disappointed by the Propr Group's administration to be honest.
