It was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. The deli downstairs was great for breakfast.

The curtains were closed when we arrived and our first impression was not as good as when we opened the curtains in the morning, let in the light and really appreciated what the apartment had to offer.

The apartment had almost everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There is a bathtub with hot water available at all times. However, after using the bathtub, there may sometimes be an unpleasant smell in the bathroom the next day. There is also a good TV with the option to connect Netflix. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the necessary dishes and utensils.

I stayed in the apartment at the beginning of March, when it was quite cold in Nicosia, so proper heating was one of the most important factors for me. The apartment is heated using air conditioners, which seem not to have been cleaned. In addition, the apartment is very drafty, and the main way to keep the cold out is by closing the curtains. If you open them, the apartment becomes cold within minutes. Because of this, I had to keep the curtains closed most of the day, which made the place feel very dark and uncomfortable. The sofa in front of the TV is very uncomfortable. It is old and sinks in when you sit on it. There are also two chairs in the apartment, but they are quite uncomfortable as well. In the bedroom, the lamp had a purple light, which was quite unpleasant, especially since the bed is the only comfortable place to spend time in the apartment. I eventually found a spare bulb on top of the refrigerator and replaced it myself, after which the lighting became normal.
