Modern One-Bedroom Suite with Balcony in Central Nicosia

Location is amazing , air condition was very good and internet was excellent

That there is no interaction of the staff , like i had some issues with the bath area keeps flooded.

This apartment served my wife and I as our home for 2 weeks. It's cozy, equipped with everything to make you enjoy your stay. The neighborhood is nice and calm. Highly recommended.

The air conditioning in the living room did not blow cold, after few times mentioning it didn´t get fixed

On a positive note, the management team was very responsive and professional throughout our stay. The location was also a major plus—very convenient for getting in and out of Nicosia with ease. Overall, a great location with helpful staff, but the unit would benefit from some deeper cleaning and minor repairs.

The apartment had a few maintenance issues that affected our comfort. The shower wasn’t as clean as expected—there was yellow mold in the corners—and the drainage didn’t work properly, which led to standing water. The balcony sliding door couldn't lock there was an issue, and the bedroom lacked basic amenities like clothes hangers and a table lamp. Additionally, we noticed some humidity-related damage low on the bedroom wall.
