The Mowhay tranquil farm stay with views

Superb views,great location for our requirements and a lovely property to stay in.

The approach lane was a bit daunting with potholes etc. I imagine it’s a shared lane. When I mentioned this The owner did offer to make room in his parking area for us should we need it which had a far easier approach.So we were very happy with that .

It was perfect, quiet with lovely views. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this farm just outside Redruth. It was the perfect base for exploring the area with the family — we spent a great day down in south Cornwall taking in the stunning scenery and coastline. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and well worth exploring, with plenty to keep everyone entertained. One evening we headed out for a lovely Indian meal locally, which rounded off the day perfectly. The farm stay itself was comfortable and characterful. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, though like many rural properties it's worth factoring in the drive along country lanes. Facilities were as described — nothing overly luxurious, but clean, practical and perfectly suited to a family break. A lovely slice of rural Cornwall. We'd happily return.
