Nice place. Good location.

Bathroom mirror was really dirty. Toilet paper holder was broken off the wall. Things like the towels were just thrown in a closet not folded. The place looked like it was quickly thrown together to rent. Needs a bigger TV and more of them. Possibly have a powdered creamer for the coffee.
