We liked the place because it was near downtown and near a wedding venue. The neighborhood was quiet and the yard was fenced for the dog.

This property was a cozy homebase for our family as we explored Chatham and the surrounding area. We appreciated the full kitchen and saved a lot of money eating most meals in. Dining on the backyard patio was especially relaxing. The fenced-in yard offered peace of mind, the property was well maintained, the neighborhood was safe and quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Host was responsive when we needed to get in touch. We would definitely book again.
