Good location but too noisy.

The room was clean, check in communication was good. Location was close to my office. Room had amenities.

It is an old property. It is in a run down condition and need an up lift. Since the room is close to main road there was a lot of noise from the road. I was told the owner is living upstairs. The most dissappitning part was the noise from upstairs at 12 midnight, sounded like the owner was cleaning, hoovering etc. The owner should have been more considerable of his guests staying below. Property has got poor noise insulation, so I couldn't sleep the whole night till the noise settled.

The hot water took a while to come through, especially in the kitchen, and some more plates/bowls/glasses would be nice.

Great value room for a short stay

Good communication , easy check in out of hours with a lockbox box. Clean and comfy single room

Only thing to improve would be some UHT milkers, everything else was included
