Excellent location, easy check-in, secure parking, comfortable accommodation and good views - perfect for a stay in Green Point. Host is very responsive.
Minor maintenance issues:
- blinds in main bedroom don’t raise/lower
- front door lock works but the deadbolt latch/switch (that blocks the lock being opened with a key from the outside, often used at night) isn’t working.

We stayed for 3 nights in the month of February 2026. The self check-in and self check-out experience was smooth. The location is great, on Google Maps one can search for Brambercourt Apartments and that will land you at the property.
The property has high security lock at the main gate and at the doors as well. The property owner was very cooperative. I had some issue with the curtains, and he reached wothin 15 minutes and sorted it out, showed me all the other facilities as well.
Facilities:
Kitchen with a large refrigerator, hot top for cooking, microwave, baking oven, bread toaster, electric kettle and an exhaust apart from all the cookware, and other required utensils. There is only one spacious bathroom with hot water and a facility for washer and dryer. Iron and hair dryer also available. The beds were comfortable. The rooms are big and not very well lit at night, but I loved the cozy laidback experience.
The property doesn't have air conditioning, but you don't really need it, if you open the windows, the rooms are very well ventilated and the ceiling fans are enough.
The location is overall very good and safe, but the street area from the QuickSpar till the turn by the Sunflower hostel can be a little scary sometimes after 8pm.
The ceiling fan in the living room is very slow. Needs a capacitor replacement maybe!
Doesn't have a patio/balcony to enjoy the sea view from a distance.

Very big spacious apartment. The kitchen is well equipment and has a washing machine and dryer. We stayed here for two weeks we felt very at home. The host was very communicative and helpful. The location is excellent. Close to the promenade and lots of lovely restaurants and bakeries near by. We felt lucky to have got this apartment
They could do with making it more modern. There was chips on the toilet seat and cracked glass on the coffee table. There’s a lot you could do but it is basic. The apartment gets VERY hot. There are fans but could do with aircon. I found it difficult to sleep with the heat and the noise of the fan.

Clean place, effort goes into the upkeep of the place, you can tell. There are 2 big beds in separate rooms. Great to accommodate 2 couples. We'll equipped kitchen, spacious living area. We did not seem to see any aircon, only a ceiling fan however there is a nice draft coming through the place if you open the windows. We loved the peacefulness. No noise really. We loved our stay, we'll worth the price.
Aircon or fan could be well suited for the warmer days. Other than that, really nothing to complain about. Only note, if you are a smoker, you have to go out the apartment and stand in the street to smoke.
