The location is very close to the subway, a maximum 1 minute walk. The flat is on the second floor of a building that does not have an elevator. Everything looks exactly like in the photos; the apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need, including a hairdryer, an iron, and a washing machine. The kitchen is also well-equipped (+coffee and tea). The property is very close to shops and pubs (Sainsbury 2 min away), and it takes about 30 minutes by subway to reach the city center.
The only minor downside is that because it is so close to the subway, it can get quite noisy. However, after 12:30 or 1:00 AM, the noise decreases significantly. Also, because we were in heat wave period, and it’s in full sun, in can get real hot and has no AC.

Excellent location next to Brockley train station, with a Costcutter convenience store opposite the apartment and a Weatherspoons pub very close by.
It is a second floor apartment with no lift which is located on the corner of Foxwell Street. The listed address of 1C Mantle Road made it hard to find and should be changed to Charlotte James Court. 2 Foxwell Street, Flat 8, SE4 2AD. These details can be seen from the pavement outside.
