The location was outstanding! Also, I really liked the size and amenities.

Communication with the host was a little confusing. I felt like I was communicating with two different people. Asked a question and it was never answered. Also, I already left a note for the host with a few thoughts on how to make the experience more comfortable for future guests - and never got a response. In a nutshell: - not enough towels for a 1-week stay (used washer/dryer, but the dryer really didn't work well) - bright light coming in the front door should be shaded - there was a fitted sheet, but no flat sheet. We just had a comforter - the A/C control seemed to shut down when we weren't there, so we would come home to an 80-degree room

Tolle Lage nahe zu Stadt, sauberes, modernes Apartement, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Alles wunderbar.

Dass bei der Buchung nicht klar ist, dass man sich - gerade für Ausländer kompliziert- anmelden und.Kreditkarte, ID fotografieren und durchgeben muss. Sonst.. kein Code. Dabei hst man schon bezahlt und Bestätigung. Das ist unangenehm. Und eigentlich ist Alles bei booking.com hinterlegt. Dann wird früher, später einschecken extra berechnet. Ausschecken um 10 Uhr. Und jetzt der Hammer: 5 Minuten nach 10 funktioniert der Code zur Haustür schon nicht mehr!!! Ich nur Sonnenbrille vergessen, aber....Dann bekommt man wieder 2 Absätze, wie man sich wieder einloggen und ggf.!! Tür wieder öffnen kann. Ich hatte Link und Mail nicht mehr. Damit 60 Euro Sonnenbrille futsch. Trotz guter Lage etc. würde ich mit diesem ganzen Anmeldeaufwand und s.o. dort nicht wieder buchen.

A beautiful and well designed apartment, providing all you could need in a compact space. Communication with the hosts was exceptional.

Very easy check-in with easy to follow instructions. Great location for me. Room was clean, comfortable with all that I needed. No issues at all
