Worked exceptionally well as a central base for our Masters hockey tour as we played our hockey matches at Riverside Sports Club and schools that were no more than 15 min drive away. It was great that we were able to book out the whole venue. Having Arkiem on premises to deal with any issues we had was a real win. Being able to sit on the steps and grass by the pool, while having a drink and chatting to teammates was perfect!
Bedside light in the main room needed the plug wires reconnecting. TV also didn’t work. On the final night, we woke up at 4am to the sound of dripping water. Luckily the grounds man answered his phone and stopped the leak in the roof before the paint blister on the ceiling burst. We used the main room as our “communal area” but if the kitchen was a bit more modern and had a fridge, we could’ve utilized that space to store our breakfast snacks.
