Beautiful grounds and view. Great pool area and on the water taxi route. Very clean and comfortable.

Due to the lively location it was quite loud for sleeping, especially the drawbridge nearby. Also, the balcony was only for looking out of the sliders, not big enough for chairs.

It had a nice intercoastal waterway view. The photos are accurate of the space, but .(see below) The building and hotel itself are lovely, it is close to the beach. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a nice size. Towels and tp were provided for a few days but the maid does not come by daily. We stayed 3 nights. We LOVED the coffee options and the ice machine!! It has a fridge but not freezer. The property itself is lovely and the hotel staff and valet parking staff are wonderful. (you pay for it though on top of your rental price)

It's a hilton, but this is a private rental so you do not get daily maid service. The host was excellent at responding. Couple things that were not quite clear when we booked it - the only parking option is $55/day/valet. The "balcony" is only about 8" deep. I guess the pictures show that but it is hard to tell until you are there. The space is pictured accurately but seems smaller when you get there. Again, Host was quick to respond to my questions, that's always a plus. It was noisy from the lift bridge below. I always travel with a sound machine - thankful for that. I don't like to be negative but if I'd known some of this up front, I might have stayed elsewhere.
