The room was clean and the staff very friendly.

No problem with staff. No problem with room cleanliness. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors on either sides. We also heard the squealing of the hot water pipes when neighbors would take showers, and sometimes that was fast past regular bedtime.
I loved how it was a 2 minute walk to the beach. We could see the intercostal waters from our room.
I got what I paid for. It was a last minute planned trip and a cheap price for the area. I would stay here again.
