Peaks 73 is a four bedroom 4.5 bathroom three level townhome that sleeps 10. The main level features a fully equipped kitchen, living room with wood burning fireplace, dining room table with seating for six, half bathroom, and a balcony to soak in the views. On this level is a master bedroom with a queen size bed, jetted tub, and walk in shower. One level lower contains the remaining three bedrooms: Queen, Queen, and captains bunk (twin over queen), all ensuite. One level lower is a mudroom and access to the back porch. Here you will find a private hot tub as well as ski-in ski-out access via a homeowners trail. This property is located just a short walk from Schweitzer Village and has a one-car garage.

This multi-level townhome features a fully equipped kitchen, wood fireplace, private balcony, washer and dryer, private hot tub, and a one-car garage. The location can’t be beat, being a short walk to all the amenities in Schweitzer Village. Ski access is directly behind the unit via a homeowner’s trail which leads to the Creekside lift.
