Easily accessible with a lift, it is a brand new condo unit equipped with homey furnishings like double decker beds in both rooms, freezing cold aircon in each room and a split type aircon in the open plan living and dining room, freshly washed linen, comfortable living room chairs, an inverter cooktop, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, cable TV and high speed internet. Snacks and drinks are available for sale. Safe and secure, the property is guarded 24/7 at the ground floor and at the main gate.

The condo unit owner did not provide living essentials like a washing machine, a decent kitchen knife (a small paring knife just could't cut it), and a large cooking pot to cater to the needs of four people. A brand new mixer and drip coffee machine was provided but was totally unnecessary under the circumstances - it is only a costly decoration. The fridge is way too small - our group of four people had to struggle to store our groceries in such a small space. The hand held shower is too small and the toilet is ill designed with the toilet bowl and the shower area located close to each other resulting to too much water splashing all over the place.
