    - The property was very nice. It’s nestled in the Bolbok Brgy. off Bolbok Road in Batangas City is in a nice secluded area. There is a front security gate with security guards posted 24 hours a day. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. The air conditioner was on when we arrived and working what I could only describe as operating at “Artic mode!” which really, really did pleased my Asawa. - - Even though there was no drinking water station on the property there were 2 bottles in the room at arrival and when I called reception they immediately sent over a pitcher of cold water that we could use for coffee. They also replenished with 2 more bottles early the next morning. The issues that I had were very, very minor. I couldn’t find the right setting for comfortable hot water. It was either too hot or too cold, initially. When I walked to the reception office to report it, before I got back to my room, there was a maintenance person there addressing and resolving the issue. That’s what I call responsiveness! The two restaurants served top-notch cuisine. I’ve never eaten at a five-star restaurant, but the lunches and dinners were at least four star meals. - I was enjoying the experience so much that the staff accommodated my request to extend my stay one extra day at the same price I initially booked on *** The staff, specifically Harven, Karen, and Christine at reception, Joyce in the Garden Café. , Vince and Nino at the Mango Grill provided exceptional service

Thank you Rey, Karen and the rest of the staff. Our room is a bit out dated but the service is impeccable. Made me think it was a 5 star hotel service. We also had a chance to speak to Rey, the manager, who toured us around the resort and provided helpful info. The gym was functional and spacious. The pool was cleaned daily. It was relatively near yet far from the busy area of Batangas City which gives you the proper rest you needed. The bed was surprisingly comfy!! We brought our fur baby. What made it more special was the Pet Kit they provided. Our baby dog did enjoy his stay. Be sure to communicate with the hotel first as they have some guidelines with the pet size. Overall, we had a great time!

Rooms are clean, but very basic for its price. Utilities are also noticeably old and dated, and could use a refurbishment.
