Very kind host, early check in was possible
The pool could be bigger but everything else perfectly fine, nice and large balkony, comfy bad. Good location

Gut ausgestattet, Bett komfortabel. zusätzlich ist der Fernseher ein Smart TV. Ebenso Handtücher und Seife, Shampoo wird ausreichend zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein Kühlschrank ist zusätzlich im Appartement. Es ist etwas größer als ein Hotelzimmer in Dubai, nachdem Badezimmer und Toilette auch im eigenen Bereich sind, stört es überhaupt nicht, dass es zusätzlich eine Gemeinschaftsküche und andere Bewohner in dem Mehr Bett Room gibt. Ebenso ein kleiner Balkon, Supermarkt ist gleich im Tower, kleiner Outdoor Swimming Pool. Alles vorhanden was man braucht!
Das WLan ist etwas instabil und könnte besser sein.

The facility's owner and manager respond promptly to messages, offer assistance, and are considerate. The manager did everything possible to make my stay comfortable. He is a kind man.
The environment is serene, and the air is clean. It is a nice neighbourhood.
There were minor areas that management can improve upon, which I have already communicated to them privately. They promised to take necessary actions, so I think it is not required to mention them here.
