Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, die Küche ist vollwertig ausgestattet, das Zimmer ist mit preisgünstigen Materialien gestaltet, aber in Ordnung- va sauber.

Das Haus in welchem sich das Apartment befindet ist innen (Stiegenhaus) in einem fürchterlichen Zustand. Der vorhandene Teppichboden ist dreckig, bzw kaputt, es riecht nach Rauch.
