La position toute proche de Van Mieu, le calme dans le logement, douche chaude, la communication facile avec l'hôte (contact avant d'arriver pour l'explication sur l'accès au bâtiment, la position des clés etc), arrivée autonome, les équipements (nécessaire de toilette, claquettes, bouilloire, serviette...). Tout est conforme à la description en ligne.
Très bon rapport qualité-prix pour la ville !
La salle de bain sur le palier mais ce n'est pas si grave car on est au dernier étage. Un plaid en plus serait top pour les frileux.

Tiếng tụng kinh sáng sớm và chiều tối từ hàng xóm. Phòng không có quạt chỉ có điều hòa nên khá bí.
