Great location, hotel bar and pool.

Room 216 is owned by Rick's Holidays rather than the resort. Payment is therefore made in the room with the cleaner who you may need to wait for to get the card machine from another room the owner owns if the occupant is out. Mitchel the cleaner was very helpful beyond a first day mix up and did some clothes washing for me for some extra cash, but she could only clean when I was present and often had to flit between the 2 rooms to get new bed linen, towels or other replacement items. This made for inconvenient or interrupted clean times and durations. Surely the owner can ensure back up linen, towels, toilet rolls is kept in both rooms to avoid having to wait for both occupants to be in ?!? Also there was water escaping from the off suite toilet.

The location was excellent - just short walk to the beach and close to other amenities. The space itself was also generous and comfortable

While the location was great- there were several maintenance issues that really affected our stay. I got stuck in the bathroom due to a broken door knob and kitchen sink tap wouldn't turn off properly. Additionally, the cleaners left the floor wet without warning signs and unfortunately my son slipped and fell. His phone screen was completely shattered , though thankfully he wasn't injured. These issues need urgent attention to ensure guests safety and comfort
