Appartamento spazioso e ottima posizione vicino alla spiaggia e al centro commerciale

L’appartamento è un po’ scarno di arredi (es. comodini nelle camere da letto, di abat jour) ed è fornito di poche posate, bicchieri e piatti e asciugamani. Inoltre la mattina della partenza non c’era acqua.

The location was just nest to the road and also there was a big mall nearby for shopping, ATMs etc. The taxis were easily available, very near various attractions like Mamba village, Wild waters, Haller park

More cutlery in the kitchen like side plates for fruits, there were only big dinner plates hence difficult to serve like small portions for the young ones. Also eating knives, there was only one.

Because this was a special trip for kids in grade 9 this year and they had never been to Mombasa they felt everything was good. They enjoyed staying in a nice place, having a TV to look at, all very nice for them. The beach was close by. I believe that one issue was they said they could not find close restaurants, and instead shopped for food to eat in their apartment, and went to the Naivas deli counter to find food for meals. you might want to give a little more direction where sit down restaurant meal can be found at reasonable prices.

I personally received feedback from the two chaperones, and even though staff was friendly, the facility was very nice, one things that was disappointing was that knowing that there were 8 people needing at least one towel, only 7 were given, when they asked for one more towel they were told they could not have another. I do realize that sadly customers steal and take things from hotel rooms, but surely each person could of had a towel and not had to share. A good rule of thumb for a group would be to inspect the room at the end of the stay and make sure that no damage has been done and that all towels given were still in the room before allowing check out. I know that the kids we sent were disciplined and should not of caused any issues.
