The deck outside was awesome, water was provided and host was extremely helpful and accommodating.

The apartment is two floors, with a bedroom and bathroom on each floor, so there was plenty of space and privacy. The price gets you far more value than you'll get at a similarly priced mid-tier hotel, including the back porch and washer/dryer, along with relative peace and quiet (sleep came easily). There are lots of modern touches and stylish flair while still providing the comfort of a home, along with an attentive host who checked in periodically to ensure all was well. A quick and inexpensive Uber ride to the French Quarter, Garden District and loads of other attractions. Highly recommended.
Wasn't an issue for us at all, but be aware that there is a flight of stairs to enter the apartment and a spiral staircase in the apartment to get to the 2nd floor. Perhaps just something to consider with youngsters and elders.
