Magical view from renovated apartment

Wonderful view from all windows, seeing both mountains, the city and a church. Newly renovated apartment that also had a washing machine. Elevator to the apartment was nice, since it was on floor 5! Good and easy communication with the host.

Narrow roads, no parking spaces when we arrived. The church bells were both nice and disturbing :) The sofa was not fresh to sit in. The air conditioner/system in the kitchen was very loud. No hooks in the bathroom to hang your towels on.

Cheap and large appartment but could be better maintained

Good communication with the host and quick answers. The electronic checkin was difficult on the website and annoying but it was mandatory because of recent Italian legislation. The physical checkin was easy, since I received the code for the lock that was just next to the entrance.

The unfresh smell, potentially coming from the bathroom, which didn't go away even after ventilating. It was possibly due to a sanitary issue of some kind. The beds and mattrasses of the small room weren't that great. Also the heating appears to be central for the whole building and it was turned off during our stay when it was -6°C..

Non ci è stato permesso di accedere all’alloggio nonostante il pagamento: esperienza pessima, sconsiglio vivamente.

Della struttura non mi é piaciuto nulla poiché non ci é stato permesso di entrare nonostante avessimo saldato l’intero importo!

Gestione pessima e totalmente priva di assistenza. Abbiamo prenotato e pagato interamente l’alloggio e completato tutto il check-in online richiesto con invio documenti, foto e dati di tutti gli ospiti. Una volta arrivati sul posto, di notte e con un bambino disabile in sedia a rotelle, ci è stato negato il codice di accesso perché non in possesso di carta di credito per la caparra, nonostante avessimo offerto più volte il pagamento in contanti come indicato nelle condizioni. Siamo rimasti fuori dalla struttura al freddo, senza assistenza e senza alcuna risposta al telefono. Un comportamento di poca serietà e totale mancanza di supporto verso il cliente.

L' appartamento è accogliente, caldo e situato in centro, con diversi locali vicini dove cenare.

Procedura di check in automatico troppo prolissa e tutelante per l host. Mi ha bloccato una cifra sulla carta a fronte di un modesto appartamento già molto malandato e datato. Ma cosa potevamo rompere in 3 GG?? La doccia con flessibile dell acqua tutto smontato, e difficoltà a regolare la temperatura, o troppo calda o di colpo fredda. Scaldabagno in cucina estremamente rumoroso di notte. Nemmeno una bottiglia di acqua per un soggiorno di 3 notti e frigo spento e sporco.

Accesso indipendente. Spazioso e ben organizzato. Wi-Fi disponibile. Pulito e accogliente.

Piccola rampa di scale per accedere all’ascensore potrebbe essere un problema per persone a mobilità ridotta.
