Wonderful view from all windows, seeing both mountains, the city and a church. Newly renovated apartment that also had a washing machine. Elevator to the apartment was nice, since it was on floor 5! Good and easy communication with the host.
Narrow roads, no parking spaces when we arrived. The church bells were both nice and disturbing :) The sofa was not fresh to sit in. The air conditioner/system in the kitchen was very loud. No hooks in the bathroom to hang your towels on.

Good communication with the host and quick answers. The electronic checkin was difficult on the website and annoying but it was mandatory because of recent Italian legislation. The physical checkin was easy, since I received the code for the lock that was just next to the entrance.
The unfresh smell, potentially coming from the bathroom, which didn't go away even after ventilating. It was possibly due to a sanitary issue of some kind. The beds and mattrasses of the small room weren't that great.
Also the heating appears to be central for the whole building and it was turned off during our stay when it was -6°C..

Love the location, it's about 10 minutes drive to the airport and it's spacious.
There was no fan/AC. it was very hot and difficult to sleep. The shower was also blocked.
