Great place to place your head before the flight

Close to the airport, easy and free parking. Apartment is clean and comfortable with good Wifi and big enough for 4 people. Although not used it there is a washing machine and TV as well.

There is nothing around so you need to drive to the nearest supermarket if you need anything. The town itself isn't an Italian gem. There is no breakfast (listing on booking was misleading) and the cageteria near the supermarket isn't a nice place. The supermarket however have everything but you'll need a place to seat somewhere

Very convenient and great host!! Exactly like the photos.

It was a great stay!! We had to get to the airport at 4am and the host took us for cheaper than an uber or a taxi. He also took us to a great restaurant for dinner and picked us up after. It was a great and convenient stay and very comfortable. He provided breakfast and coffee/tea for us and made sure we had everything we needed. He was very hospitable and I highly recommend this place!!

Suitable for one time and with a car... (if you don't have a car, it's a more far from everything)

Double bed 🛏️was very good, but not exactly clean... there’re womens hair

Very early 10am checkout. I booked with breakfast but there was just coffee:) coffee is not breakfast. In the double bed was women hairs. iron was very old and dirty ( it soiled my shirt) Even though it was newer and nicer, the man gave us an old and dirty one. And he locked it in the closet with a key. We arrived late and she offered to pick us up from Malpensa airport 4.5km away (taxis are expensive, she said on the phone, I'll pick you up) and she didn't say that this was a paid service, she just asked us to send an sms

Fair place to stay near the airport

Super friendly host who helped us check in late in the evening, next day he brought us to the airport and let us check out late. Clean apartment with two balconies and two showers. Coffee machine (including capsules) are provided by the host.

No breakfast provided (besides some cookies) despite booking.com saying there is breakfast included. The apartment is close to the airport (just 10 minutes drive), but everything else is quite a walk away. Bus station is 10+ minutes, city center around 45/50 minutes walk.

A very convenient stay, 10 min drive from airport.

A super comfortable stay for our family of four! Very convenient and the best part was the very helpful host who collected us from the airport and went above and beyond to help us find dinner as well and milk for our toddler! He also took us back to airport the next day so we could collect our hire car. Very helpful and kind!

The apartment is spacious and comfy, good for stay near the airport. Host was nice, received us late at night and explained everything we need to know about the locks in details. It also has a well equipped kitchen.

It was a comfortable and quiet choice with great hosts!

The location was very quiet and peaceful but yet an easy walk to a restaurant. The host, Ben was very helpful and accommodating. The pick up to and from the airport was really helpful. The bed was super comfortable!

The breakfast included was prepackaged pastry and some coffee or tea options.

Perfect base for Milan and the airport

Really well located for the airport but far enough away that plane noise wasn’t an issue in terms of getting a good nights sleep. Also well located for local restaurants and the train from Gallarate to Milan (35 mins) Really comfortable apartment with everything you need for a short break Free parking outside the property in a quiet location

Convenient and clean apartment. Not two separate bedrooms so less privacy than expected- ok 1 night

The location is excellent for a quick getaway to the airport, especially Terminal 2. The flat is clean and has good entertainment in the lounge and two separate showers. The host was elsewhere when we arrived but was pleasant and helpful once he got to us (about 30 mins to wait and luckily fine weather) even though I had sent a message with an estimated time (I received no reply to this).

The breakfast is not really that- just ability to make drinks and a processed cake in plastic. no fruit etc. I was actually expecting 2 bedrooms- not one bedroom and a curtain across the main lounge with two beds behind it. It was visible on the photos when I went back and looked more closely but to me, advertising two bedrooms means with two separate rooms both with a door!

They double booked the room, which I had to share with a complete stranger, when I asked to get another room at a different apartment Ben said it was to late. Totally unprofessional attitude when he knew well in advance the room was double booked

This was a disappointing experience with Booking.com. I was early to the location, but when I emailed the host about the fact that I was 30 mins. early, I did not receive any communication until 30+ mins. afterward. Fearing that I would not be unable to enter this location, I booked an alternate location with booking.com. I paid in full and have been told that no refund (partial or otherwise is being is considered). This will effect my choice un using booking.com in the future.

The apartment is very spacious. Communication with host and team was excellent. They organized a shuttle from the airport and were responsive and helpful despite our very late arrival due to a 2 hour flight delay.

Clean and comfortable stay

This place suited our requirements. We were most grateful that we could leave our suitcases here whilst travelling elsewhere. It was lovely and clean. Parking in street. Host was very nice and helpful. Not far to drive to Lake Maggiore - highly recommended.

There was not much around the town for facilities. We struggled to find somewhere to eat late at night. Breakfast was just a pastry in plastic so don't expect breakfast really. Didn't look nice from the outside but was fine once inside.

Quiet, safe neighborhood close to airport.

The property is very convenient to the train and airport. The hosts were exceptional and went above and beyond. They offered shuttle service to the train and airport for a reasonable fee. It was a 10 minute walk for dinner. It was easy to contact the hosts.

Spacious apartment.

The communication skills. If you are going to welcome international tourists it would be good to speak other languages like English. The shuttle is too expensive 30euros from/to airport so 60euros in total. The only way to go this place without a rental ca f.ex. from Milan is to take the train to Malpenza airport and then request the shuttle from/to the Luxuary apartment. We stayed in another accommodation on our inbound flight and they only charge 18euros to/from airport so 36Euros total. We asked if we could stay for extra two hours because of our afternoon flight and the price was 20euros but the night rate was 100euros.

An unpleasant experience

The apartment is close to the airport. It is clean and the neighborhood is nice

The reservation includes breakfast but we didn't get any breakfast. Not italian breakfast and not anything else. The apartment doesn't have two bedrooms as it is written. There is one bedroom and two single beds in a space open to the living room and kitchen with a curtain that hides barely one bed. We asked them a few days before our arrival to add a person to the reservation and they told us that we will pay in cash but didn't tell how much and then took a higher price from the price they charge on the internet. Their entire conduct was unreliable.

A very big place, the apartment was really clean and tidy. Everything was well thought about, from towels, to coffee and tea we even had books and games for the kids. A good place to stay next to the Airport.

beautifully presented roomy apartment close to Malpensa airport. beds were comfortable except main had a bit of squeak. lovely lovely host. very patient with our language barriers. would definitely stay again.

the kitchen draws and cupboards could do with a bit of clean, busy we weren’t there long enough to use.
