Unfortunately Disappointing

Location is close to Malpensa airport ~30 minutes WIFI and hot water/heating were good, as well as the great parking and good location

We booked two apartments for 9 adults, 1 child and two infants. Based on the apartment's rating (8.7 Excellent), it was very disappointing experience. Although WIFI and hot water/heating were good, as well as the great parking and good location, 'Bare' is the best word to describe the flats. At arrival we didn't find blankets, and it was cold at that night, we slept without them, and I asked for them the next day - host should've ensured the existence of such important thing or should've asked the guests after their arrivals if they're missing anything- The apartment is very minimalist, no closet, no mirrors in bedrooms, no kettle, etc. Basic necessities like toilet and kitchen rolls and shampoo were available but scarce given that we were 12 people staying for 4 nights. We didn't even have extra garbage bags and had to add that to the long list of shopping we needed to do. Everyone had a set of towels but extras would've been nice as it is not a one night stay. I'm not sure how we were expected to clean after ourselves (the kitchen and toilets) with no cleaning products except a tiny but of dish soap leftover in the bottle. It's these little things that matter most when you are a big family staying in what should feel like a welcoming home in a foreign country for 5 days.

Great place, close to everything in the area, recommended.

The place was good, smooth check-in process, clean and comfy. It was close to the airport and the city of Milan. The host was responsive when needed and parking was available.

We had a room on the second floor and had lots of luggage and a bit hard to carry them on the stairs.

We had a great stay at this apartment, conveniently located just a 20-minute drive from Milan's MXP airport. The space was perfect with three bedrooms featuring comfortable and spacious double beds, plus two full bathrooms. The linens and towels were fresh and the entire apartment was super clean. The self-check-in was a breeze thanks to the step-by-step instructions for the gates and door. The kitchen is perfectly adequate for preparing a meal and there's a large supermarket a few minutes away by car

Kitchen soap and dish washing machine tablets were missing, you can purchase some or ask the landlord. Also, note that the apartment is on the second floor, accessible only by stairs.

Loved it! Would use them again

Directions were clear and easy to understand. Beautiful home with great location to the airport. Really enjoyed our stay and was a perfect place for our family to rest before our long flight home.

It would be great to have a list of restaurants in the area.

It's very unpleasant that they didn't return the forgotten item to us.

This is a spacious apartment in a quiet area. There is a great pizzeria nearby.

If you don't have a car, this is not your option. Only personal transport or taxi. Cockroaches were noticed in the apartment. also an unpleasant situation when we forgot the iPhone charger and the owner said that it was missing. Although we said exactly where we left it. a small thing, but not pleasant

Big apartment with a separate kitchen, easy access to the room. Every week they clean the apartment and change towels.

No remote controller for the air conditioner, no information about how to control the heating system, WIFI quality was not so good, no possibility to generate a door code, even though the owner mentioned that it is possible. Noise from other apartments and the road under the windows.

Es gab kaum Möglichkeiten, seine Sachen zu verstauen, keine Garderobe im Flur, keine Ablage für den Koffer, im Bad keine Haken für die Handtücher. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr minimalistisch.

Appena accettabile, non credo che torneremo

L'appartamento era spazioso e discretamente pulito. C'erano ragnatele in diversi punti. Anche la gestione della temperatura era buona grazie a un impianto di condizionamento. Comodo anche l'ampio parcheggio.

La colazione non c'era. C'erano solo un paio di capsule per il caffè e alcune non erano nemmeno compatibili con la macchina del caffè in dotazione. Le stoviglie erano sporche. C'era una spugna usata ma mancava anche il sapone dei piatti. Per fare la colazione sono andato a prendere delle brioche al bar li vicino e ho chiesto se potevamo avere anche alcuni bicchieri di carta, perché non avevamo nessuna intenzione di usare quelli in dotazione. Purtroppo gli altri ospiti hanno fatto rumore durante la notte. Camminavano nell'appartamento sopra il nostro in modo estremamente rumoroso e continuavano a percorrere rumorosamente le scale comuni.

Es gab drei Doppelbetten. Rollläden waren auch gut zu bedienen. Handtücher waren gut. Jeweils eine Kleiderstange mit ein paar Bügeln pro Schlafzimmer,. Die Räume mit den hohen Decken haben Potential. Falls es heiß ist, gäbe es Klimaanlage. Nach einer Weile kam auch warmes Wasser in der Dusche. Für eine Zwischenübernachtung auf der Reise geht es, aber lãnger kann ich nicht empfehlen.

Sehr kalt von der Temperatur her und es gab keine Bettdecken. Heizung ließ sich nicht bedienen. Kaum Einrichtung, alles wirkt kalt. Der Backofen hat kein Blech oder Rost, man muss improvisieren, um etwas warm zu machen. Schmutziges, öliges Servierblech im Backofen vorgefunden. Insgesamt kaum Geschirr, Spülbürste hat gefehlt. Gruseliges großes Bild im Wohnzimmer. Der Fön in einem Bad schlug Funken und bekam einen Kurzschluss.

Dzīvoklis atrodas klusajā rajoā, tomēr netālu no lielveikala. Līdz Milānas lidostailīdz 20km. Uzturējamies vienu nakti pirms devāmies mājup. Dzīvoklis ļoti elegants, tajā ir divas vannas istabas, kas lielai ģimenei ir ideāli. Virtuve ir pilnībā aprīkota, mums bija izcilas pašgatavotas vakariņas.

Ruim en licht appartement voor een nacht op doorreis naar Italië. Dichtbij de snelweg, restaurantjes, supermarkten en park. Parkeerplaats voor de deur.

De hygiëne kon beter. Er lagen veel donkere lange haren op de vloer, in bed en in de douche. Wij hebben geen van vieren donker en lang haar. Ook vonden we popcorn op de bank en rijst in de magnetron van de (vorige) bewoner.

Posizione ottima. Mini appartamento ben pulito; da consigliare ai viaggiatori. Parcheggio ottimo. Temperatura accettabile.

Dotazione minimale, buona per brevi permanenze, poco valida per permanenze da 2 a più giorni. Il viagiatore dovrebbe rifornirsi autonomamente. consiglio maggiore attenzione alla manutenzione della rubinetteria.
