Our stay at Residenza'900 was fantastic. This was one of the largest apartments we have ever stayed in, with impressive 4-meter high ceilings and beautifully luxurious furnishings. The apartment was warm, cozy, and very comfortable, making us feel at home immediately.
The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. We arrived later than planned, but everything was perfectly prepared for us, and the automated check-in system was a huge convenience and made everything very easy.
We highly recommend Residenza'900 and would definitely stay here again.

Struttura in ordine e pulita, comodo parcheggio riservato. Spazi ampi. Bagno in ordine. Mi sono fermato solo due giorni, per più giorni servirebbe una lavatrice, vista la presenza degli attacchi già predisposti in bagno.
In realtà nulla, aggiungerei un asciugacapelli e una scopa con paletta.

Es gab drei Doppelbetten. Rollläden waren auch gut zu bedienen. Handtücher waren gut. Jeweils eine Kleiderstange mit ein paar Bügeln pro Schlafzimmer,. Die Räume mit den hohen Decken haben Potential. Falls es heiß ist, gäbe es Klimaanlage. Nach einer Weile kam auch warmes Wasser in der Dusche. Für eine Zwischenübernachtung auf der Reise geht es, aber lãnger kann ich nicht empfehlen.
Sehr kalt von der Temperatur her und es gab keine Bettdecken. Heizung ließ sich nicht bedienen. Kaum Einrichtung, alles wirkt kalt. Der Backofen hat kein Blech oder Rost, man muss improvisieren, um etwas warm zu machen. Schmutziges, öliges Servierblech im Backofen vorgefunden. Insgesamt kaum Geschirr, Spülbürste hat gefehlt. Gruseliges großes Bild im Wohnzimmer. Der Fön in einem Bad schlug Funken und bekam einen Kurzschluss.
