Truely peaceful with virtually zero traffic, authentic Cottage furniture and interior, beautiful garden and surroundings. Kitchen is well equipped, the charcoal grill including BBQ equipment is a great boon.

Temperature management was a bit challenging. On hot days you need to keep the bedroom doors locked since the AC mainly affects the living area on the ground floor while the bedrooms are on the upper floor.

Enjoyed the cozy atmosphere feel of this cottage.

I would highly recommend you install some air conditioning service upstairs. It was extremely hot at night. Fans used was little help.

Unfortunately, I killed nine hornets in there the first night. I am deathly allergic to them. The manager did come down and meet me and helped me with them. I literally did not sleep all night because I kept finding more of them. So? I watched a lot of Bob Newhart, Saturday Night Live, etc. 😉 There were none there the next night, but when I came back the last night, there were yellow jackets and hornets again. It really is life-threatening to me, so I left and slept in my van. I could hear them buzzing. I did get a refund for my last night. Managers were very helpful.
