Location, cleanliness.
Front desk was vacant a lot. We waited about 5 minutes to find someone to check us in. Only 1 elevator. All cups individually wrapped. Difficult to open. Request pillow for pull out sofa they never brought, we had to go get them later. Lot of staff more interested in phones than working. Front desk ask if I wanted receipt or can he email it. I said email was ok still don’t have it. I called ihg and it will take 48 hrs to get it it they can.

Location was convenient.
Sometimes the pillow cases didn’t smell good, also the gym was missing a pull-up bar.

Staff attitude was very nonchalant but they were helpful.

Great location and clean
The air conditioner did not work well and my shower door would not stay closed splashing water all over the floor.
