Wavesong on Watts - Pet Friendly with Spa

Place is a short walk to the Beach. Bed was comfortable, okay. Easy Access kitchen and had everything you needed to cook with, decent size fridge. Good size place for a family to stay.

Things that could of been better and should of been working properly when you pay to stay. If a place is advertising and offering you things to use, they should be working and shouldn't have problems when you are staying. Gas Fireplace only worked 2 nights out of our 7 day stay. Instructions you provided were poor and we're not effective. Fireplace did not get fixed. What is disappointing is that no one attempted to come and fix it for the remainder of our stay. The fact of the matter we let you know about the issue we were experiencing early on. We bought new batteries for the remote because it was flashing low for the Fireplace, however that didn't help. I picked this place as it had advertised a Fireplace and thought it would give this place a romantic touch. Instead we had to spend our time dealing with trying to fix it to use it. Using the air conditioners insteadwere not that great to use, however kept the place warm once we worked out how to use them. Advertising you have Foxtell saying there are 2 remotes. There was no Foxtell. You still didn't get back to me after you said you were looking into it. The Spa was okay, however not all the jets were working and it basically felt like you are having a warm bath with some vibrations with no bubbles. At least the lights in the Spa worked. The stay was okay but disappointing as this was supposed to be a romantic getaway for my partners birthday. I reached out to you early about a late checkout on Sunday just after 6pm or just before as a way to maybe you would compensate us. You didn't reply until the next morning after we left. I can understand that you have back to back people staying as you mentioned but the fact you decided not even to reply to just say yes or no or offer something as compensation. After our stay I felt annoyed and frustrated. I booked this place to come and relax. For your guests to be satisfied you need to ensure things are working before guests arrive.

The place was amazing. The house was extremely clean, well organised and well furnished and equiped. There was nothing we needed that wasn't included, even things that usually are not provided in a holiday home, which made our stay amazing. It is also very close to the beach, with only few minutes walking distance. the street is quiet and the neighborhood is lovely.

The spa wasn't really clean with sand and hair in it. We tried to contact the company responsible for the stay but we couldn't get anyone to clean it. It was part of why we rented this property so the kids can have sometime in the spa.
