Clean and tidy.

They didn’t apply the baby cot as requested.

Spotlessly clean, well equipped and spacious for a group of 5 friends. Plenty of beds and well supplied for cooking, especially bbq breakfast. We appreciated the extras in the fridge and pantry and was easy to keep clean as we went.

For adults it would be better to have floor level double and single in 1 bedroom rather than a bunk double/single.

Location was lovely but anyone needs to realise the location is quite remote

Anyone staying at this property needs to understand its advertised as 2 bathrooms, in fact it's 1 internal bathroom, with an outside toilet and shower which is gd if coming off the beach only. One bathroom is manageable for 2/4 adults but certainly no more. The only mirrors in the property are in the bathroom so again depends how many are staying and using one bathroom. Outside apart from table and chairs no other outdoor furniture so sitting in garden isn't that comfortable if lovely weather. Also check before arriving when the property was cleaned as it was obvious for our stay it wasn't cleaned prior to arrival. The property management company in Callala Bay were extremely helpful and extremely friendly and were happy to help with any issues and resolve immediately. Beach is fantastic with a fabulous walk to Huskinson bay.

That it was easy to get to, close to the beach and pet friendly. The backyard is a decent size.

The house was not clean - the tiled floors hadn't been mopped, the kitchen benches were dirty, the carpet in the lounge room hadn't been vacuumed, there was sand in the shower and marks on the bathroom door and walls. We had to wipe all the kitchen down when we got there which isn't the ideal way to start a holiday. Couldn't find a mop and bucket, otherwise we would have mopped the floors as well. There were dirty cleaning supplies left on one of the buffets. There was also a jack russell next door that constantly barked.
