Good location very helpful staff on reception the security in the building was very good I don't think anyone would get past reception
The apartment was well equipped even though we didn't use the kitchen equipment
The apartment was nice and quiet on a night
Luiz was an excellent host any issues he was straight on it and easy to contact
I would stay there again if I was in Rio
Wasn't a big fan of the shower mat maybe time for a new one
Possibly change the bedding to just a neutral colour maybe that is just a European thing and remove some of the ornaments/ plastic plants

Lo POSITIVO:
La UBICACIÓN es muy buena. A sólo 5 cuadras de la playa. Un supermercado a media cuadra y varios lugares para comer alrededor.
El Aire Acondicionado enfría muy bien.
Y la habitación tenía lo necesario para una estadía agradable (heladerita, microondas, tazas, vasos, etc).
Básicamente tres aspectos:
1.- Solicité el cambio de toallas luego de 2 días (mi estadía fue de 5 noches), y dijeron que eso no era posible, que no era hotel.
2.- Se suponía que incluía Limpieza básica, pero solo fueron UN DÍA a armar la cama y nada más.
3.- La señal de WiFi era sumamente débil. El baño y la habitación están separados por una puerta y al entrar al baño, no hay señal. Ilógico

La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal, se podía llegar a cualquier hora y en tiempos de carnaval eso se agradece
