Good location. Super friendly owner - very accommodating and helpful.
The desk was very helpful for working the next day, and the owner allowed me to stay a few hours longer on my check out to make calls, before leaving for my flight - there was no-one checking in.
I would recommend a quieter fan. There is no aircon, which is fair enough, but the fan was quite noisy. Still worked well, mind you - so not a serious issue.

The bed was super comfy, the shower/toilet/basin was super clean.
It was very hot, a flat sheet to sleep with would've made a subtle difference.
