Ein sehr schönes Apartment, wir haben alle sehr gut geschlafen. Auf unsere Fragen wurde sofort reagiert und alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit gelöst.

La struttura è perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione e le foto di presentazione. Ogni cosa è nuova, pulita e funzionante. La posizione è molto silenziosa e tranquilla. Vicinissima al centro storico e ad i servizi principali. C'è un comodo posto aiuto riservato ai clienti. La macchina del caffè era completa di cialde di ottimo caffè. Ho molto apprezzato che fossero ecologiche. Non sono fornite invece filtri per tè o camomilla .
Poiché sono arrivata molto presto al mattino avevo chiesto la possibilità di anticipare il check in ma non mi è stato concesso prima delle 111. Quindi ho aspettato l'ora prevista per entrare in struttura ma alle 111.10 a.m. , quando sono arrivata, la casa non era disponibile. C'era la donna delle pulizie che doveva ancora fare il suo lavoro. Non è stato grave, infatti ho comunque dato il massimo punteggio di gradimento poiché tutto il resto è stato eccellente ma l'organizzazione per il check-in avrebbe potuto essere migliore.
