Apartament curat, spatios, in zona linistita. Fiind cazati in cursul unei veri cu temperaturi foarte ridicate, chiar a fost racoros. Bucataria bine utilata. Loc de parcare.
Anumite lucruri dadeau impresia de uzura intensa (fara a fi murdare). De ex: unele usi din interior sau blatul de la bucatarie in dreptul chiuvetei. Cu efort minim cred ca s-ar putea elimina impresia de spatiu neintretinut pentru gradina, care chiar e pitoreasca si are potential.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert problemlos über einen Schlüsselkasten, für das Auto steht ein Stellplatz zur Verfügung. Gemütlicher Garten. Super.

Große, moderne, helle Fewo, mit allem was man braucht. Bequeme Betten, sehr sauber. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Die Lage
Eine in die Jahre gekommene FeWo mit erheblichen Gebrauchsspuren. Es sollte mal wieder übergestrichen und kleinere Reparaturen ausgeführt werden. Ein vereistes Gefrierfach und schmutziges Geschirr fiel negativ auf. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig und da sie im Souterrain liegt ist sie nicht besonders hell.
