Absolutely beautiful hotel with incredible facilities and rooms.

There are a lot of flies everywhere. This is just in the area in general (not specific to this hotel).

What a wonderful place to stay! Very, very nice hotel. The staff and owner are the most wonderful people, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We enjoyed the natural hot tub, the comfy warm beds, thick towels and cute rooms. There were very few flies at the hotel property, unlike the surrounding area. They were able to give our kids and us rooms right across from each other in a little nook where we had a lovely porch overlooking the pool. We were able to hire a guide and hike up Mount Baur from the hotel itself with our five-year-old in about 2 1/2 hours, he says it was easy peezy.

Bemühtes Personal.

Leider sind wir früher abgereist. Das Bad war nicht sauber und hat gestunken. Es waren Hotelgäste da, die den ganzen Tag laut Musik abgespielt haben. Wir sind da eigentlich echt nicht empfindlich aber es war wirklich störend. Als Hotel hätte man etwas sagen müssen. Im hoteleigenen Restaurant waren wir die einigen Gäste, während sich die anderen das Essen augenscheinlich aufs Zimmer haben liefern lassen. Dafür kann das Hotel zwar nichts aber die Fliegen sind eine wirkliche Plage.
