The location is great on short walking distance from the very center of Sevillia. Nearby is de plazza Campo del Principe, a relatively quiet green park with restaurants where the locals eat.
The appartment looks new and is very clean. The living room is large enough with a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is just large enough with a very good and spacy shower. The bedroom on the silent rear side is a bit tight with a very good bed. There is a patio and everything is on the ground floor.
The owners are very freindly and communicate well.
