The location, apartment, and furnishings were all great! This is a basement apartment so it was very quiet and felt very safe. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was set up well enough for my use (mostly breakfast). Loved having the Nespresso machine, the AC worked well, the bathroom was spacious. The location was amazing! Right in the middle of everything but super quiet and cozy.
My only suggestion would be to add more places to hang clothes and towels. I was alone but if there were two people it would have been a little crowded. That said, there were enough hangers for clothing in the bedroom and a heated towel rack in the bathroom.

Muy cómodo!! Tal cual las fotos!! Tiene todo muy bien organizado y su terraza muy bonita!
Huele mucho a humedad la zona del salón! Pero al ser sótano pues no hay mucha ventilación y el wifi no llega a la habitación

Aver soggiornato nell’appartamento del semi interrato ha purtroppo segnato negativamente la mia esperienza nella struttura. Seppur arredato in modo moderno, l’appartamento era senza luce naturale, umido (con tanto odore di umidità). Purtroppo non era assolutamente chiaro nel momento della prenotazione che si trattava di un semi interrato altrimenti non avrei mai optato per questa scelta (che non è stata neanche economica).
