The view and the position.

There was mold and a water leaking from the ceiling in the shower. No TV (but it’s fine). Old iron chairs, quite uncomfortable. The window of the bedroom faced some old garbage bins.

La ubicación excelente y el trato del personal vía mensajes y la información constante. La cocina totalmente equipada. Volvería sin dudas.

la limpieza no fue lo mejor, estaba limpio pero las sábanas no olían como recién lavadas, el lavabo del baño tapado, el colchón hundido y las almohadas malas. Los ruidos de los cubos grandes de basura que son arrastrados es insoportable. No funcionaron las luces de la mesa de noche.

The goal of our stay was to visit the Alhambra and see a bit of Granada, so the location was perfect. The apartment is also perfectly located and has good amenities overall. We were even lucky enough to have a musical performance at dinner without leaving the house. All it took was to open the windows and enjoy. Both the Alhambra and Granada were great.

If you are arriving by car, getting to the apartment can be quite a challenge. We had to park it temporarily quite a significant distance away and then walk with the luggage. Afterwards, we had to go back and find a proper place to leave the car. Obviously, this is not a problem of the property, but nevertheless something to be aware of. About the property, sleeping in the living room can be a problem for those sensitive to light since there are no blackout curtains. Moreover, though this was not a problem during our stay, the area is quite busy at night, meaning noise could become a problem, especially for those resting in the living room.
