Guest ready effectivement. Très simple et en plein coeur de Porto, avec un espace garage facile à utiliser. L'appartement est très bien pour ce type d'emplacement. 2 unités d'air climatisé très appréciées à 42°C!! Les instructions d'accès sont claires et utiles.
Détails constructifs pour l'hôte: Les lettres des espaces de stationnement n'étaient pas super visibles .. il a fallu sortir de l'auto et scruter le sol :) Idem pour l'étage de l'appartement .. on a peut-être manqué l'instruction, mais puisque ce sont des lettres, il a fallu sortir au hasard à chaque étage pour vérifier si cétaot le bon.

Clean, safe place in a new building in the historic centre with nice outdoor space for eating and a parking place in a garage. Surprising for a historic centre! Communication with people giving out this place was super fast and easy. Entering the building and apartment with a code, so there is no need to carry the apartment key around. Nice big shower.
Sofa bed was not very comfortable for our kids and was not ready for sleeping when we arrived. Living room is quite small, so when the sofa bed is pulled out there is no room to walk around properly. But I suppose this place would be perfect for 2 people sleeping in the bedroom. Street is quite dirty as there are big garbage containers and seaguls are pulling the garbage out.

Sehr zentral, top Lage. Schön eingerichtet, sehr einladend. Schöner Aussenplatz, die Nachbarn sind einfach direkt nebenan.
Die Garage hat eine extrem steile Zufahrt, für Kombis gehts wohl grad so, für alles Tiefergelegte nicht geeignet. Zufahrt recht schwer zu finden, eng. Aber es lohnt sich.
Das Zimmer hinten riecht feucht.

Ubicación increíble, me alojaría 10 veces más, piso super como, limpio y bonito, terraza para desayunar increíble y una de las cosas por lo que lo cogí fue el parking el cual nos fue un alivio y una comodidad, al estar todo tan cerca no hace falta ni moverlo
