I received a Whatsapp message with instructions to collect the keys and walking towards the door. It was super straightforward and easy to do thanks to the videos the landlord made.
It's also worth mentioning that with an oyster card, it's easy to access central London - bus to Liverpool street station and then you're able to get everywhere so easily. Landlord was really nice and provided us with a cot for the baby as well.

Very clean apartment and had everything we needed especially for cooking meals. Balcony was a nice addition and the sofa bed was very comfortable.
The area felt a little unsafe.

Location
Was not aware that it was a council flat.
As you get to the door, it is like deja vue.
Not for holidays.
There is no water pressure in the shower.
Need a proper deep clean.
For that price, you can find much better in London.
