Stylish Flat with Terrace in Cheltenham Centre

The property was very clean and newly refurbished.

I didn’t like that we had to check in on line which was a struggle I couldn’t work out why it wouldn’t allow me to . I messaged the owner and had no reply. I finally worked out that I had to pay £20 non refundable for breakages insurance and give them my card details. Then I rang about parking and was just left on hold after 10 mins I hung up and messaged and I did get a reply. I wasn’t given a way to enter the property until 3:06 check in was at 3:00 which was very concerning , and we had to find a shop in a strange town to collect them were the staff didn’t speak English and didn’t seem to know what we meant. All in all a very stressful start to our weekend away . On entering we were informed if you lose the key they will take £100 of your card and then you have to take all your rubbish home !!!

Location is perfect, huge space to relax and base yourself to explore Cheltenham

Not meeting anyone on arrival, was hanging around for 15 mins until I was confronted by a chap who came out of next door, he contacted an office and took another 15 mins to hand over the keys. Later that night after a huge downpour the roof leaked and the bedroom was dripping wet, we had to put buckets out. We were told parking bay No. 2 was for our stay there was a car in it all the time, it didnt move while we were there, we parked in the next bay and had someone leave a rude note on the car.

The flat was spacious, very clean and had everything you’d need to cook with. The size of the bedroom was incredible and the bed very comfy.

Could do with some ambient lighting as the lights were too bright. The bed could be bigger.
